Wash and dry skin keeping it free of ANY skincare products to enable the Silicone Patch to adhere properly. 

Peel the plastic film from the Silicone Patch and apply to the targeted area with the adhesive side on the skin.

Wear while sleeping for best results or for a minimum of 2 hours during the day.

After use, gently peel off the Silicone Patch, sticking it face down on the enclosed storage sheet. 

Clean the Silicone Patch with the Silicon Patch Cleanser. 

IMPORTANT: Only clean the Silicone Patches with the Silicone Patch Cleanser to get the optimal number of uses from the patches, it is essential that NO other soaps or cleaning products are being used to clean patches, this will break down the Medical Grade Silicone and adhesive.
