ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By visiting, registering and purchasing products online from Humanonomy (Pty) Ltd, all users shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you act negligently in any of the responsibilities specified in these Terms and Conditions, including our Policies, you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Humanonomy (Pty) Ltd and our partners. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, including our Policies, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of humanonomy.co.za.

• This website, www.humanonomy.co.za, is owned and operated by Humanonomy (Pty) Ltd in the Republic of South Africa.
• Throughout the website, including these Terms and Conditions and all policies, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Humanonomy (Pty) Ltd. Individuals who visit the website will be referred to as “users”, “you” and “your”.
• Visitors to the website will see all services and products offered by us, but only registered users will be able to purchase products online. 
• We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time for any period.
• The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not limit or affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

CONSENT

By using this website, you warrant that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and of full legal capacity. No persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) may register a profile with Humanonomy. If we detect that false information is being provided on your profile, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your user profile.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more complete or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Humanonomy offers a wide range of products and services. All services and products offered are listed on our website, and more information about the services and products can be requested in our skin clinic or online store. Humanonomy is not, nor does it claim to be, the manufacturer of the products available for purchase on the website, and does not make any warranties or representations in respect of the quality or effectiveness of the products displayed on the website.   

AVAILABILITY

All products and services are subject to availability. While we do our best to ensure that the products and services advertised on our website are up to date and available, Humanonomy shall not be liable in the event that any products or services advertised on the website are unavailable or out of stock. Should your order not be fulfilled due to unavailability, your account will be credited to the value of the out of stock product/s for future use.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices on our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

PURCHASING OF PRODUCTS ONLINE

In order to place an order for a product/s displayed on our website, you will be required to register as a user of our website. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 15% VAT. All products displayed on our website are limited and subject to availability. Humanonomy shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is clearly indicated on the website in the event of that product being out of stock, has been discontinued or is otherwise unavailable. Should a product/s not be available, you will be informed and be entitled to a full refund within 72 hours.  

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

All orders will be processed within 48 business hours (2 working days) depending on stock availability in store and/or with suppliers and receipt of payment. Deliveries are made by Fastway Couriers between 08:00 and 17:00, Mondays to Fridays to a street address. No PO Box addresses will be accepted. Humanonomy will supply all products to Fastway Couriers in good order and will ensure that products arrive at the user’s chosen delivery address in the same order.

Humanonomy shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of products in the event that the user fails to provide the correct or sufficient information nor shall we be liable for any loss, damage or additional charges incurred where there’s a delay, whether caused by the user or unexpected.        

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the event that the product delivered is defective or the incorrect product is delivered, you must report it within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery to Humanonomy. You may return the product within 7  (seven) working days of delivery, provided that the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including any seals or plastic wrapping.

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned product and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. 

Courier fees for returns are the responsibility of the client.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.  

 ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

In so far as the Services involve us in collecting, using, or holding or otherwise processing any data obtained from you which is personal data (including, but not limited to, your name, surname and address), we shall only do so with your express consent and in accordance with any lawful instructions reasonably given by you from time to time, and the provisions of the Data Protection Legislation and your rights under that Data Protection Legislation and these Terms and Conditions.

We may use your personal information  as follows:

• To provide our services to you
• To process your payment for the services
• We will not pass on your personal information to any other third parties without first obtaining  your express permission.

Humanonomy.co.za may contain links to other websites. The linked sites are not under the control of Humanonomy and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked websites, including without limitation any links contained in a linked website, or any changes or updates to a linked website.

Such determination shall not affect the validity and/or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions of this website.

Humanonomy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We may from time to time update these Terms and Conditions without giving you notice. These Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to all new features and functions that’s added to our website. It will be the responsibility of the user to ensure that any updates on this website and these Terms and Conditions are checked regularly.

This Site is controlled, operated and administered by Humanonomy (Pty) Ltd from our offices within South Africa. If you access the service from a location outside South Africa, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use Humanonomy’s content accessed through  www.humanonomy.co.za  in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
